Teach-Out

1. PURPOSE

If any academic program or degree is discontinued at Brigham Young University–Hawaii ("BYU–Hawaii" or "university") for any reason, provisions will be made for students impacted to complete the program in which they are currently enrolled within a reasonable time period (such as, four years to complete an associate degree).

These provisions will be made at BYU–Hawaii when possible or with another institution that offers similar programs or degrees, such as BYU (Provo) and BYU–Idaho. For example, students could finish their online associate degree at BYU–Idaho if this degree were discontinued at BYU–Hawaii.
