Government Cooperation
1. PURPOSE
Brigham Young University-Hawaii (“BYU–Hawaii” or “university”) is committed to cooperating with government agencies as required by law.
2. POLICY
Any employee who receives a subpoena, warrant, or other notification of the intent of a government agency to come to our campus or is aware of an actual visit from an agent of a government agency, should immediately contact the administration vice president, the chief compliance officer, or the Office of the General Counsel.
