Medical Clearance

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to provide structure on granting “clearance” for any former student seeking re-admission to the university who had been previously discontinued for significant physical and/or mental health problems.

2. POLICY

Medical Clearance is defined as specified conditions that must be met to assure that the previous symptoms are in remission.
